My appointment on 12/23 was scheduled for 3pm…They were running behind and did not arrive until 5:30pm (I said it was okay-they notified me and confirmed it would be okay). I think they would have done a great job had it not been so late and I was probably the last home for the evening and they were probably tired. I originally thought my home was cleaned..I pointed out a few areas that needed to be addressed after the cleaning and they addressed them. However, when my daughters arrived home and looked at the cleaning they noticed several missed areas (see attached pictures). The picture of the bathroom floor was a swiffer sheet I used less than an hour after they left. Floor could not have been mopped! I took pictures and I send them to the cleaning company on 12/23 (attached-same day of service)…still no response as of the date/time of this post. I paid the full fee and I tipped the cleaning ladies. I wouldn’t have had I gone over each area supposedly cleaned. My home smelled cleaned but the bathroom floors could not have been mopped. I am VERY disappointed because I was thinking about using this company at least once a month beginning in January…that won’t happen now. They are non responsive to any inquiries after the work has been done. I would strongly suggest that if you decide to use them, get an earlier appointment and reschedule if it is too late and they are running behind scheduled AND be sure to look closely at each area cleaned…
